1cKrot
1 1/2cSugar
2 Eggs
1cSweet milk
1tsVanilla or lemon extract
3cFlour
1tsBaking powder
1tsBaking soda

Krot is the remains after lard has been home rendered, or depending on your ethnicity, gribbenes, or cracklin's. Grind up enough to fill one cup.

Preheat oven to 375F. Combine the krot, sugar, eggs, milk, and extract in a large bowl, and mix well, using a spoon.
